Great facilities, spa, pool and food. Its a bit far from Bansko ski resort, about 10 mins drive, but because the hotel is so great, it is worth the distance.

All villas have a panoramic terrace with view to the mountain, fireplace and heated ski drawer. Free private parking is available on site. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Free shuttle service to the first station of the gondola, during the winter season. Against an extra charge, airport pick-up service is also available from Thessaloniki, Sofia and Plovdiv Airports. Sofia is 150 km away. Free on-site parking is provided at the Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa upon availability. The apartment we booked was comfortable and intimate. All spaces were clean and we appreciated we could here the river in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, variate and tasty. We will definetly come back next time.

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. All was perfect. Super localosation, new, clean, comfortable rooms, super breakfast, swiming pools... all amaizing. Fully recomend this gotel. And staff was very kind, helpful.

Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.
