The host is very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was simply amazing – waking up to the smell of freshly baked croissants filling the whole house was unforgettable. Everything in the home is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, from the small conveniences like plenty of hangers to the availability of modern washing and drying machines. The interior is stylish and modern, yet very cozy. We especially loved the terrace – a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Another big plus is the free parking right in front of the house. Overall, it felt like everything was made for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommended!

The space has many interesting features including a huge patio and beautiful windows that made us feel a part of the landscape. It is centrally located, in close proximity to bars and restaurants and within walking distance to many of Halifax's varied neighbourhoods. The harbour is just down the hill where we wandered on the boardwalk and explored the maritime aspects of Halifax.
