Set in Interlaken, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Located in the middle of Interlaken, both stations were about a 10 minute walk away. The hostel also gave us cards for free bus trips around a interlaken in case we didn’t want to walk. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Our room was mixed gendered and had 3 bunk beds (so 6 people in total). There are washing machines and a fully equipped kitchen on the basement, so you can cook yourself if you want to save a couple francs

A continental breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. Stunning idyllic Swiss chalet style lodge. So clean and all food was delicious. Staff so helpful and happy. Really lovely location too. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for making our holiday so special

Offering a garden and garden view, B & B Brienz is situated in Brienz, 6.3 km from Giessbachfälle and 36 km from Grindelwald Terminal. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Nice location, very clean, excellent brekkie, with garden to chill and to enjoy the view and hospitable staff. Recommended!

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Excellent hotel, spacious nicely decorated room with fantasic view to the Apls. The bed were super comfortable, had a L shaped large balcony with a panoramic mindblowing view of the swiss alps. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was coordial, offered me a mobile charge adapter. The staff at the restaurant was polite and attentive.

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful view of Staubbach waterfall from my room balcony. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Breakfast room facing the waterfalls too.

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. I stayed in room 23 on the night of 11–12 September. The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen, and just a short walk from the train station. The highlight was the balcony of room 23 – the view of the valley and waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also excellent with a nice variety.

All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, radio and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom. The garden terrace provides a splendid view of the famed Mount Virgin. Staff are helpful and supportive, food is good, the garden of the hotel is beautiful.

Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese fondue, raclette and tarte flambée. It also features a new spa area. Very nice location, clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, helped us with minor things. The breakfast included was very tasty and there were many options.
