Located 500 metres above Lake Lucerne in the canton of Nidwalden close to Lucerne, this 5-star hotel awaits you with a combination of modern comfort and a traditional Swiss ambience. The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. We loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.

The ambient roof lighting was impeccable and made the room more aesthetic. The jacuzzi again steals away all the limelight despite having a spa within the room. Perfectly planned view and amenities provided in the room. We loved the complimentary drinks and the spectacular bose sound system .

We stayed in a duplex room, which was nice and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or minibar in the room, but this was mentioned in the description. We arrived late, so we used the self-check-in option. There was free parking on site. Breakfast was served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. It included everything you need for such a small and cozy hotel
