The hotel is modern with a beautiful lobby and amazing rooftop bar with views of the city. The view from our room was equally amazing. The hotel reception is on the 17th floor (with a small street level lobby) and the rooms are on higher floors. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and was also above and beyond. Also, the staff was very kind and friendly. We arrived at 8am after a long international flight experiences store our bags and wait for 3pm. Instead we were offered early check in for just US$50 additional which we were grateful for. The hotel is connected to probably the biggest mall in Santiago and there are many nice neighborhoodrestaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. The staff at Reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The Room Service was excellent, thank you. The Pullman is in a great location. Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.
