You pay a lot for the place but at least you get what you pay. Great rooms, ac, bed and bathroom. The included airport shuttle bus is what made me choose it. I needed something for one night and the place was great. You think there’s nothing around but if you walk a little bit there are so many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is over a mall, if you go in the elevator down to the mall there is this bbq place (cat🐱 theme) with amaziiiiinnggg and cheap food, truly recommend it.

Excellent little apartment, perfect for a week’s stay. It was convenient being able to wash our clothes during the week, plus the apartment is very spacious. Location is great for T. Square and forbidden city (Dongsi station is the closest and easy to get around). I will stay here again when we come back to Beijing.

Ideally located in the embassy area, Holiday Inn Express is around a 15-minute walk from the popular Sanlitun Bar Street. It provides modern rooms with free internet. Guests have free access to the fitness centre and free use of the massage armchair. Helpful receptionist, on booking museum entrance. Airy and bright restaurant. Good breakfast coffee, buffet. Attentive staff refilling buffet and clear tables promptly. The 20 minutes stroll to the subway station is along a tree lined pavement, under the shade all the way.

The Howard Johnson Paragon Hotel Beijing is situated in Beijing's East Chang'an Avenue, opposite and a 5-minute walk from Beijing Railway Station (also the subway station). The hotel offers 3 restaurants and free WiFi in all areas. Henderson Centre with lots of shopping and dining options is nearby. Staff like Ayla and Josie at check in desk were very efficient and helped with various bookings which I was not able to do without a local handphone number. Josie also put in a request for my second booking at the same hotel one week later after staying there for 5 nights the first time, as I requested a room that if available will face the Beijing Railway.

Great location. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.
