Wish we'd booked longer - next time we’ll stay a week!

Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The room was spacious, the location of the hotel was ideal. Midi and the staff at Utopia hotel were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment we stayed at the hotel.

Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel. P.s. A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

Raibow at the reception was wonderful knowledgable and helpful - in perfect English, a rarity in China. My room was very cosy and beautiful, the duvet fantastic and the bathroom spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel is very close to the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain, making it the perfect stay around there. There are also many options for food, drink and shopping nearby as well as transport to the National Park.

I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Beautiful place with amazing view, especially in the morning with a mist. The hotel was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and big. Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!
