During my stay there, all the staff and employees , in particular Damon and Nicole, gave me a very warm welcome and provided me with top-level service and assistance, from the food till accommodation and atmosphere. I really recommend this hostel to everyone who wants to visit and stay in Chengdu as from my personal experience you will never be disappointed but feel a lot at home. So go ahead and give it a try without hesitation.

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). Guests may reach to the famous tourist spots such as Qingyang Temple, Kuanzhai Alleys and Tianfu Square within a short walking time. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Staying here during my trip in China was one of the highlights. Everything you can read from previous commentaries about this place are totally true. Oustanding location, beatiful place, great breakfast, very good restaurant, cleanliness and everything was great. I've been lucky to had the chance to be in a lot of hotels around the world, with great or similar facilities as this one, but the difference in this place is made by the persons who works there, everyone is comitted to do their job and make your stay as easy as possible, and this excellence in service makes the difference among other hotels. Big thanks to Juliya, Vivi, Emma, Blair, Joey and everyone else, you all made our stay in Chengdu great. I will no hesitate to book this hotel on my next time Chengu, because soon or later I will be back there.

The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. Sometimes the pictures online look better than real life, but let me tell you—the photos are EXACTLY what the rooms look like, if not better. My room was GIGANTIC… honestly a bit insane, but it was incredible. Totally recommend. Breakfast was very good as well! The staff are helpful, and the cleaning staff are so kind and accommodating.

This beautiful hotel is located in a picturesque countryside surrounded by greenery and fields. It's about 25-min drive from the airport, perfect for when you have a layover. You can really experience the real Chinese countryside life, there's a village walking distance from the property, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Willian is absolutely the star of this place, he took care of us really well. He's super helpful, friendly, and attentive. He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off, which was such a great help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. He even let me use his electric motorbike to ride around the countryside. It was such a pleasant surprise and we had the best time we didn't even expect to have during a flight layover. I really recommend this place, much better experience than with some of the much more expensive international hotels near the airport.

The hotel is located in an ancient part of town. The staff all knew english and were very helpful and accomodating, including taking dietary restrictions into account. Special thanks to Sophie, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable.

The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
