What a beautiful place. The views are superb to the lake and the volcano. The trails are amazing with a wonderful range of wildlife, and the number of different brightly coloured birds we could watch from the deck really was spectacular. Shame we only had one night there but the staff were happy for us to stay as long as we wanted (we left at about 5pm) on the day that we left.

I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

The grounds are well taken care of and create a truly relaxing environment. The food was simply outstanding – both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Breakfasts were fresh, varied, and full of flavor, while the dinners felt like a real culinary experience. Everything was prepared with care and tasted far better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s a wonderful place not only to stay but also to enjoy authentic, high-quality local cuisine. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about the property, especially the view!!!! The cabins are very smart organized even if you booked a studio. The breakfast was very good and Wybe was very friendly and helped us to organize a great tour in Arenal.
