The entire experience exceeded our hopes, starting with the excellent food, the location, the outside area . the garden is full of hummingbirds 😊 What truly stood out was the cleanliness of the place. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. A big thank you to the ladies who cleaned the rooms — they were kind, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Great location in La Fortuna. Pool and breakfasts were great and the access to the thermal pools we had as part of our booking were an amazing bonus.

Full of nature around and with a breathtaking volcano’s view, this place made our experience in La Fortuna even more amazing. Everything was very clean and spacious, with a great balcony facing the gardens and the volcano. The staff is super sweet and helpful, always smiling and willing to help.

Excellent service, property, facilities, food, and experience overall. Everyone made sure we felt welcome every step of the way and were even able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.
