The hotel is situated near to the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, so it was very convenient for us to use this as our base while visiting Berlin/Potsdam since we decided not to rent a car. The reception staff was extremely helpful in giving us an overview of how the transportation system works in Berlin including tickets, routes, etc. Near the hotel were restaurants and stores to buy grocery items. The hotel has an interior, outdoor garden/patio area which is lovely, but since it was November and a bit chilly, we did not have the opportunity to sit outdoors and enjoy. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very good location right above the subway station.

This Berlin Mitte hotel offers renovated rooms and venue spaces. It features a gym and is a 10-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie or Gendarmenmarkt. La ubicación es excelente, el ambiente muy seguro, con estaciones de metro y bus muy cerca, a solo 30 min a pie del Reichstag. La habitación espaciosa, muy cómoda y acogedora. El baño de buen tamaño y cómodo. Cenamos y bebimos unos cocteles, que para nosotros están muy bien elaborados. Si vuelvo a Berlín, vuelvo a este hotel.
