Situato a Dortmund, a 900 metri da Lago di Phoenix, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel prevede un centro fitness, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una terrazza. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Il Campushotel sorge di fronte al campus universitario della Fernuniversität di Hagen, a 2 km dal centro città, appena fuori delle autostrade A45 e A46, e nelle immediate vicinanze di una fermata... Tutto estremamente positivo. Ottima la posizione.

Situato a Xanten, a 46 km da Chiesa del Salvatore, DORMERO Hotel Xanten offre una vista sulla città. Exceptional welcome from Dandy, having cycled the Rhine and stayed in many hotels this was the best. Breakfast was the best if all the hotels. The presentation was amazing and staff were excellent

The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great since I had to work a bit during the stay. There’s enough space to unpack, relax, and feel settled. I also appreciated how easy check-in was – the host sent clear instructions and was quick to reply.

Lovely apartment for a weekend away. My wife and I try to explore different German cities, and Duisburg surprised us positively. The flat itself was very welcoming - you could tell someone actually cares about their guests. Little touches like having basic supplies in the kitchen made settling in easy. The instructions were clear, and everything worked as it should. We felt comfortable immediately and slept well. Will definitely consider returning.

Our flight landed very late, and we were worried about check-in. Luckily, the keybox system worked perfectly. We got into the apartment around midnight without any stress. That kind of flexibility is priceless.

We really liked our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was a great extra – fresh and tasty, a perfect start to the day. Communication with the host was also very easy. Would book again.
