Situato a Dortmund, a 900 metri da Lago di Phoenix, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel prevede un centro fitness, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una terrazza. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Il Campushotel sorge di fronte al campus universitario della Fernuniversität di Hagen, a 2 km dal centro città, appena fuori delle autostrade A45 e A46, e nelle immediate vicinanze di una fermata... Tutto estremamente positivo. Ottima la posizione.

Situato a Xanten, a 46 km da Chiesa del Salvatore, DORMERO Hotel Xanten offre una vista sulla città. Everything was wonderful: warm welcome; clean room with a lovely view of the market square and cathedral; drinks from the mini bar were included and there was a kettle in the room which was very handy. Sad I only spent one night here, but would love to visit the beautiful historic city- and stay in a great hotel - again. 10/10

Siamo arrivati tardi dopo un lungo viaggio in auto e il check-in è stato semplicissimo grazie alle istruzioni chiare dell’host. L’appartamento è molto accogliente e il letto comodissimo. La mattina abbiamo fatto colazione nella cucina luminosa e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un soggiorno perfetto!

Great value for money. The rooms were spacious, bright, and nicely furnished, which made our stay really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped — we were able to cook full meals without missing anything. Everything was spotless and clearly well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with shops and public transport just a short walk away. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated how smooth and easy everything was. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!
