Our room was very spacious and equipped with all the comforts we expected, making our stay extremely pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. One instance that truly stood out was when my son forgot his favorite toy in our room after we had already left the hotel and even the country. The staff not only found the toy but also shipped it back to us in Poland. Seeing my son's joy when he was reunited with his beloved toy was priceless. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dresden!

The check-in process was super easy and flexible, we liked that we did not need to wait on the reception and the instructure was very straightforward. The room was clean, small but cosy. We found fascinating how smartly the hotel built the rooms and organised the space. The public areas were very cosy too with some small activities. Last but not least, the location is a pearl, the centered position and therefore it was easy to access the main visiting points in the center. We highly recommend the hotel!

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. This apartment was a wonderful base for our all too brief 3 night stay. The apartment is large, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plus it had a balcony! The location on a quiet street overlooking the park but just steps away from the centre of town and the Kirnitzschtalbahn is hard to beat. Communications with the host were friendly and helpful.

Quiet with its own beer garden you could relax under trees. Well modified rooms for a hotel. Good size room and bathroom, fan provided. Staff were helpful and had available tram tickets that assisted getting into town. Breakfast yum.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable accommodation in Görlitz. The check-in process was seamless, with the key card conveniently located in a key box upon arrival. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed. Situated right next to the historic centre of Görlitz, the location was ideal for exploring the city. While there is no on-site parking, a public parking facility is available just across the street at a reasonable rate of €10 for 24 hours. Although we opted to explore the city during breakfast hours, the offerings looked appealing during our check-out. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Görlitz.
