The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, from arranging airport transfers both ways to assisting with local transportation. Warm welcomes, daily check-ins at breakfast to ensure everything was perfect, and excellent care at the kids club made our family feel valued and well taken care of.

He gave us information about Siwa and tours, we book a comfortable tour with him to the springs and salt lakes. He allowed us to stay in the hotel later that the check in without extra charge so we could take a shower and rest before our nigth bus. He also helped us to buy our bus tickets to Cairo and drop us to the bus station. Thank you so much!
