The hotel was beautiful, the room was modern with a stunning little terrace. There were two pools on offer including a smaller one and a very large one across the road. The staff were so friendly and checking in and out was a breeze.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service.
