Robert gave us a lifts around, and took us to the waterfalls (wonderful) and he offers boat trips too.

As far as outdoor and water activities were concerned, we were unlucky, due to cyclone « Rae »but the reefs seemed fantastic!

I felt like a member of the family from the very first second. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. The food cooked by Mery, if desired at extra cost, but the quality and flavour better than any Fijian gourmet restaurant. The tours I went on with Sam were unique. Lots of stories and wisdom that made me laugh, along with the cultural knowledge of the country and its people. I will miss you. Out of a possible 10 points I would give you an 11. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated all of the information provided before we arrived to insure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Excellent snorkeling within a short boat ride from the property.

The luxurious Taveuni Island Resort & Spa is set on 10 acres of tropical gardens, a 2-minute drive from Matei Airport on Taveuni Island. We loved our stay here! Its a beautiful, peaceful, inviting place. The villas are comfortable, well maintained and very spacious. They are surrounded by lush green and flowerbeds. The ocean is at your footstep. Great snorkeling right at the beach. Food is amazing. Service and hospitality are at an extremely high level, e.g. great work at the reception. A family feel and a very positive energy prevail, making us feel very welcomed. A great place to relax.
