Le Grand Hôtel Mont Dore est un établissement du XIXème siècle situé dans le centre de la jolie commune du Mont-Dore. Il constitue une base idéale pour explorer le massif du Sancy. I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The attention to détail, the cleanliness, the staff and location were all outstanding. Really looking forward to going back for another weekend break. Highly recommend a visit.

Location was great. Easy to find and it was in exactly the right spot for our journey as we passed through the area. Sam was really helpful before we arrived sharing ideas for local restaurants and even offered help to secure our motorcycles overnight. We ate at the cave next door on Sam’s recommendation and it was lovely too. The room was clean, very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was perfect and combined with the blackout blinds meant that we had a great nights sleep. The building is on a road but we heard nothing from it all night. Now, special mention goes to Sam for the breakfast. After years of travelling all over the world and our frequent use of services like booking.com and Airbnb etc… I can honestly say that the breakfast was one of the best and most generous I have seen. It was very beautifully presented, delivered to our room door, wonderfully tasty and there was almost too much for us. It set us up well for a long day on the bikes.

Situé à Bellerive-sur-Allier et offrant une vue sur la piscine, l’établissement Chambres hote Le Clos 26 comprend une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison, un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et... This is a lovely little hotel. It has two rooms. We stayed with our one year old and five year old. Florence, the host, was so welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kids had their own box of toys to play with in the shade while we all had free drinks on arrival. The room was great, stylish and good quality fittings in the bedroom and bathroom, clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into it. There was a double bed and a sofa bed. Great rain shower with lots of pressure, two sinks etc. Little details that you just don’t get in other hotels such as actually providing wash cloths. The room wasn’t huge but it was absolutely fine and to be honest it didn’t matter because of everything else available. Downstairs is a kitchenette with plenty of appliances to make dinner, and games room with table football, piano, guitar, arcade machine and lots of books and board games. Enough space and fun to keep everyone entertained. Outside is the pool which is a great size, and kept very clean. There are lots of loungers and tables to sit at, plenty of shade where needed which was great in the heatwave for our kids, and again lots of toys for use in the pool. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was lovely - croissants, melon, bread, cheese, conserves and even some delicious brownies. Highchair and baby plates provided for our little one. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again and I would strongly recommend going here over a big chain hotel. It was perfect for us as a stopover on the way back to England.

L’établissement chambre d'hôtes charme et nature se trouve à Vieille-Brioude. Offrant une vue sur le jardin, il propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un jardin avec une terrasse. Nice, large room, "downstairs" with direct door to the Garten. Excellent cool in this hot summer and a very nice garden. The hostess was kind and competent. Breakfast good and enough variety.

L’établissement Aux Portes du Mont Anis se situe au Puy-en-Velay, à respectivement 200 mètres et 200 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation du Puy-en-Velay et Centre... A very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a historic building. It's ideally located for all the sites of the old town with the cathedral less than 10 minutes walk away. The host, Aurore, was extremely helpful and very responsive. There is a small courtyard for guests to use and a games room with table football.

L’hébergement Chez romain se situe à Massiac. Cet hébergement comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l’ensemble de ses locaux et est installé à 41 km de : Col d'Entremont. I absolutely liked everything about this place.
