A pochi passi dal porto commerciale e turistico di Anstruther, il 4 stelle The Waterfront, affacciato sul Firth of Forth (l'estuario del fiume Forth), offre sistemazioni B&B con connessione Wi-Fi... The location was terrific. Right across from the harbour. Parking was a little frustrating as in most tourist destinations everywhere. The first night I purposely didn't arrive until around 5pm so did not have too much problems. The second day I had to park over a km away. Then before dinner I walked back and moved my car close to the hotel so it was easier packing up in the morning. This is a fantastic ambient renovated hotel. There were a number of different rooms in different sections of the premises. I was on the first floor on one section with a window overlooking a courtyard. This was a smaller room with a large single very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had been very tastefully renovated and I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. The meals in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied. I did not bother trying anywhere else. I will certainly go and stay here again when I move back to Scotland permanently in a couple of months.
