The location was perfect for our travel needs to the Bute Highland games. Walkable to the city and local restaurants and pubs, extremely convenient for arriving by ferry. The beds were comfortable and overall the flat was spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in front and watching the ferry and sailboats. Excellent breakfast including gluten free toast and homemade bramble preserves.

Location, location, location, right on the water front overlooking the harbour with views of distant islands. An easy walk from the CalMac ferry terminal, hop on hop off bus, and well stocked small supermarket. Starter breakfast supplies were very handy. Could have sat looking at the view forever.

The owner of the guest house is really caring person for her guests, it’s very clean inside, all working, inside all nicely decorated, every little detail makes sense and prepared with care.

Seaview apartment in Rothesay is situated in Rothesay. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal throughout the property. Within walking distance of the ferry 5mins in the heart of Rothesay bus stop outside for easy access to all over the Isle of Bute.

Balmory Stables North, luxury stable conversion is located in Ascog. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. I don’t think the photos fully do the stables justice- we had the most fabulous stay!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Harbour View provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property has mountain and garden views. We especially liked the location of Harbour View as it looked right onto the Bay and we could watch everything happening out there from the two comfy armchairs positioned right in the big bay window upstairs. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The outdoor spaces were great and we sat in the garden at the front one evening watching the ferries come and go. There is an information book which was helpful and the tourist information office is very close. Marzena and David had left a number of tasty things for us which was very welcome and there are supermarkets close by. The house has everything you need which is lovely when you’re travelling.

Set in Rothesay in the Isle of Bute region, Isle of Bute Blissful Retreat- Stunning 3 Bed Flat features a garden. Featuring sea and garden views, this apartment also features free WiFi. Loved the fully equipped apartment which was really comfortable and spacious. There were comfy beds, great WiFi, and an excellent shower. The location was perfect, and you couldn't hear any neighbouring flats at all. We loved the music memorabilia in the flat, and the decor was really cool. Lovely host who was very responsive.
