The location of this hotel is exactly opposite to Borjomi Cable car which was the highlight of our trip. You can enjoy the cable car view from the dinning area of this hotel.

I asked him for a change of room for a good location and extend the checkout time as well. He did it without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this host to whomever is traveling to Batumi and to stay at Orbi C block Apartment

The reception guy is super helpful. Definitely recommend this place

The stay was very comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a serene setting

The property is located 4.7 km from Batumi Train Station, 12 km from Gonio Fortress and 22 km from Petra Fortress. Kobuleti Train Station is 27 km away and Batumi Mosque is 1.9 km from the homestay. I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.
