The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It's perfectly located – just a short walk to the beach and close to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions and went out of his way to accommodate all our requests. He provided detailed instructions for check-in, great local tips, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We had an unexpected situation that required us to leave suddenly and catch an unplanned flight. The host showed exceptional understanding and support, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to come back soon with our extended family. Highly recommended!

Featuring pool views, AVAL Riviera features accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a bar, around 700 metres from Grand Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The location of the building had great views of the Sea and our room jad great views of that and pool. Even the landscaping and design of the property and room were outstanding. A lot of thought went into the finish of this boutique hotel and beds were very comfortable.

It is set 17 km from Lavrion Technological and Cultural Park and features a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms. The place was an excellent choice for Saronida, the view was indeed spectacular, we very much enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace. The villa had everything we needed for a few days, it was sparkling clean and spacious. The design is modern and yet comfortable, we would highly recommend it for future guests. We had a car, which made it very easy to move around and we quickly found restaurants, shops, bakeries in the neighbourhood.

It is clean, has all ammenities and even condiments/salt/oil/cold water in the fridge (at no extra cost) etc. The owner was very well prepared (he had a printed folder with attractions in the area, restaurants, beaches etc including ratings, prices, dintance) and he could make recommandations with ease based on our interests.
