Normal is single bed for dorm room. Luckily We felt comfortable and no problem at all. The temperature is very high 37 degrees, doesn't felt hot, I guess the top of the room, made of leave. Good place for staying. 😁

Zapote Tree Inn is located less than 16 minutes from Flores' airport and 4 minutes away from Flores island by boat, located at a privileged point to appreciate sunsets and sunrises overlooking the island and the lake. Super friendly welcome, awesome location with perfect view on the lake and really nice sunset. People were really helpful, rooms very very clean and comfy mattresses.

The temazcal sauna was an unforgettable experience; deeply relaxing and unique. I’d especially like to thank the staff for making my birthday so special with thoughtful room decorations and a surprise cake. Every moment here was filled with care and magic.

One of the highlights was having access to water equipment like kayaks, which were included in the stay—such a great perk for exploring the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, especially after reading some of the previous reviews. Out of curiosity, we spoke to the hotel staff about the feedback, and they mentioned they’ve been working hard to improve. It shows! The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The staff were wonderful—always friendly and eager to help. Getting around the property was seamless, as we never had to wait for a golf cart to take us to our room. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views to the thoughtful amenities and excellent service, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

The villas on the water are suberb, the hot tub is a huge plus. Service is good, we enjoyed room service. Breakfast was good, but not impressive. The dinner was okay- not perfect.

Peaceful and secluded, it feels like a luxury resort but at a very reasonable price.They have trails in the forest and we saw monkeys, a crocodile and numerous birds. Very good value for money, very comfortable rooms, good staff and a great experience.
