Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. The night view was very beautiful in the harbor view room. The plan included breakfast, which was very good with a wide variety of choices. A lady from the staff saw us off when we checked out. The cab we booked was late, but we were very happy to talk to him the whole time. I would recommend this hotel.

He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.
