We walked in without booking but the receptionist was very helpful even with language barrier thanks to google translate. Room was spacious enough, clean and bed was really comfy. Everything was thought of. The Lounge on 24th floor was 7 star service. The staff were phenomenal and took special attention of us and were so generous to our kids. They received special gifts upon arrival. Not a single moment of discomfort and all our needs were immediately attended to from food, beverages, taxi booking, room service.
