Everything was clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. Chiyo-san was incredibly hospitable and kind—she made us feel right at home. We would definitely love to come back!

Great location in the old town so perfect for early morning walks and ducking back during the day. A western-style hotel in a building that looks traditionally Japanese from the outside, with some nice decorative touches. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower/bath area. The staff were helpful in checking us in early and ordering us a taxi to get back to the train station.

The property is homely, warm and even more beautiful than the images. The property is super luxurious and stylish and restored to the highest level with outstanding traditional Japanese craftsmanship. It felt like we stayed in a property that would feature in a Kinfolk Magazine, that is how contemporary stylish and beautiful this charming property is. The zen like qualities made us feel calm and relaxed from the moment we stepped foot inside. Everything we needed to hand. The beds superbly comfortable with luxurious bedding. The bathroom stylish yet comfortable and luxurious overlooking the zen garden, having a soak in the temperature controlled bath tub was exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting journey. Ryoko offered a free laundry service. It was not only kind but very helpful. The breakfast served daily in Angolo Cafe situated at the front of the property was delicious. She kept the menu interesting with daily different offerings of outstanding quality food. The coffee is unbelievable! Even the WiFi was on point. We cannot recommend this property enough. We are so glad this was our first property and stay in Japan, best choice. Would stay here again. Location is perfect. 10 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes walk to Omichi Market.

Ubicato a 2 km da Castello di Kanazawa e 2,4 km da Giardino di Kenrokuen, Neon Hotel - Luxury Sleep Retreat - propone camere con aria condizionata e bagno a uso esclusivo, a Kanazawa. Layout of the space was great. I liked the separation of living vs kitchen. Having the toilet and shower/sink separated was convenient with several people staying together. Extremely clean! Very spacious. Having a washing machine and drying line was great! The bath/shower room has a fantastic fan/heating system so you can easily dry your clothing overnight. One of my favourite hotels in Japan so far. Easy 8-10 min walk to train station. Easy walk to most attractions. Great cafe just a few doors down. Kitchen was well stocked with what you need for an easy meal.
