My mom (64F) and I (26F) stayed two nights. The view from our room faced the sunrise over the rice fields and through our window we could see the mountains! The entire property was exceptionally peaceful and scenic. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to the Batcave within 10 minutes which put us and all the other guest in the perfect position to hike up the mountain. My favorite part was the free bicycle that I could ride to see the countryside. There were plenty of food stands and coffee shops a short walk up the road, but a free breakfast and $5 dinner were provided. You could eat with the host and other guest which gave the homestay a nice community feeling. It was mostly older guests staying and couples but I think it would have been just as nice as a solo traveler too, I felt very safe and the location is really magical! Saro and his family are very welcoming and were always happy to chat and help book tours and transportation!

Very comfortable accommodation, nestled in a beautiful garden - nature is everywhere, including frogs, squirrels, and birds. It was refreshing to get away from the standard accommodation options. The bungalows are outside "downtown" Battambang, but there's plenty of places at which to eat and drink in the evening that are only a short tuktuk ride away. Breakfast at the bungalows was the perfect way to start the day - I would come again just for the coffee!

The food in the restaurant is also very tasty! Really enjoyed my stay!

Lovely place in the beautiful nature, surrounded by a nice garden and many stunning flowers. The pool area is so great and the food in the restaurant one of the best we had in Cambodia. The staff is very cute and helpful, they do a really good job. We also saw the owners of the hotel and they were greeting very friendly 😊they seem to be very good people. The staff from front desk helped us to organize a day tour and we enjoyed it so much. Our room was very clean and lovely decorated, very quiet. We were sad that we had to leave, but we hope to come back one day to this amazing place 😊 all the best for you Battambang Resort!

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. John and Anut were amazing hosts. They made sure you're a well cared for. Went out for coffee in the morning, got some breakfast at the local market. Even took me on an outing for the day to their second property in the country. Anut, John and I had some great conversations. I hung out with Kimlang and UTI in the gardens. Kimlang is an excellent cook. I would highly recommend meal there. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. And they were just nice people to hang out with. He will just love a Anut's smile.
