Accoglienza impeccabile, drink e salvietta fresca, stanza pronta alle 12 quando siamo arrivati. Staff super gentile e sorridente, ci hanno rifatto la stanza anche se siamo stati solo due notti, ci hanno organizzato il transfer da Sihanoukville, davvero nessun problema. La stanza meravigliosa e molto pulita, ottima anche la colazione, cucinata sul momento, con uova in vari modi e noodles o riso (c'erano anche opzioni dolci per i meno "avventurosi"). Anche la piscina molto carina e ben tenuta, c'erano perfino asciugamani extra! Posizione ottima. Punto in più (peccato non poter dare la lode!) per i meravigliosi micetti, ci hanno fatto compagnia a colazione ed erano sempre in giro al rientro.

Camera molto grande e comoda, bagni pulitissimo con doccia perfetta. Piscina all'ultimo piano con bar strepitosi. Personale fantastico e ottimo anche il ristorante! Consigliamo sicuramente, il soggiorno migliore in un mese in Asia.

The soundproofing was amazing! We faced the street during the full moon Water Festival and when we closed the door it was surprisingly quiet! Pool is lovely. Breakfast doesn’t vary but it was good. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. Our dinners were the least liked thing at this hotel. Our burgers were undercooked even after sending it back, no reparations made even though it wasn’t finished. My leftovers were discarded unintentionally and a discount was given upon my request. So a reparation and not in the same meal. Overall a great location and good stay.

We loved our stay at Aquarius. The staff were amazing, very helpful and were constantly providing help with our plans around town The room was great too. Size was good, the nest was comfortable and it was really clean. The overall hotel amenities were perfect for some relaxation. The pool ay sunset was gorgeous too.

Had great sleeps, the staff, particularly one man on reception (wish I knew his name) was incredibly helpful especially when we needed some medical advice he arranged transport there and back for us! Tucked away on the side street so it is quite even though my room was on the first floor. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bed and pillows had the right firmness. The staff were very helpful and even walked me to the adjacent bus terminal and assisted me with my onward travel. The security guard was also helpful in ensuring I got on the correct tuk tuk. I have already booked another stay with them on my return leg back to Phnom Penh.
