We didn't have any expectations, yet they were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they gave us great restaurant recommendation and information on what to visit. We were able to drop off our luggage before our room was ready, and also to have it stored after checkout until it was time to catch our plane back. We went to Nice in a slow season and we even got an upgrade on the room - very stylish and clean, we got a little complimentary breakfast and overall our experience is amazing.

It was excellent! The people at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean a comfortable and the location was perfect!
