Emilie and Floryan are the owners and managers of this tiny boutique resort. They are a lovely mixed couple, her from Lyon, France and him from Reunion Island. This is their personal project, done from the very scratch. We felt intrigued about it, and they told us that they bought the land like 7/8 years ago, where it was just a piece of land beside the beach. They transformed it little by little until finishing the first bungalow some months ago. All has been great during our stay. You can smell their passion and genuine interest on every detail they put to making feel you comfortably. We followed their advices about must-do excursions, they provide us with a rented scooter without having to deal with and go to local rental offices. Their house is just a few meters far from the bungalow, but everything is ready to enjoy a full privacy at the same time that they are there for anything we needed. The daily sunset at 17:30 is like a daily carnival to not be missed. Lovely and discrete staff, great cook, friendly dog, reasonable prices… All the best for you, guys. We already missed you!

Villa Paradis is gelegen in Sainte Marie, in een gebouw dat dateert uit 2019, en biedt een tuin en kamers met gratis WiFi. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpfull, really 10 out of 10 regarding hospitality! The accomodation is spacious, the beds are vey well, the shower was one of the best in Madagascar we encountered and the location is quite near the city. You can walk there in half an hour or take a tuktuk for little money. If you want to rent a scooter you can also arrange this via the owner and his wife. Really the best stay we had during our whole trip! Thank you very much again 🙂

Villas de Vohilava ligt op het eiland Sainte Marie en heeft een eigen strand en een terras met uitzicht op zee. U kunt genieten van een maaltijd in het restaurant of van een drankje aan de bar. Such an amazing place, so welcoming and warm staff, always with a smile on their faces and always ready to help you. The food was delicious also! We had such a good time with Kate, the manager, who organized a nice trip on the island for us, helped us with buying good quality vanilla, and pretty much helping with everything we needed ☺️ Emil was also super nice and prepared some good cocktails. You have to try their rum arrange (we ended up buying 3 bottles for taking home) and their puch coco 😍🍹 Definitely stay here when you are in Saint Marie!

You can see and hear the ocean from your room. The excursion we did was super authentic—the guide truly loves his job and transmits his enthusiasm for the island! The owner is extremely kind, and together with the other employees, they always try to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location and facilities are perfect!
