They really care about guests having a unique experience and were very responsive and gave great suggestions on what to visit in Campeche as well as restaurants. The experience though short will leave us thinking when can we come back?

Hotel Isla exceeded my expectations. The hotel room is large and very clean. It is apparent the grounds and rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

He checked in every day and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor patio, high ceilings and plenty of space. Food for breakfast was provided daily and included fruit, yogurt and granola as well as fresh bread, eggs, milk and juice. The location was great and we loved exploring the historic town of Campeche.

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

Our room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive and attentive. Thank you!
