Well situated in Playa del Carmen, Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

The location is great, the space design to the little details, and beautiful! The place is clean and equipped in everything you can think of, will be great for long stays too. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!
