I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat. I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere. On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them. Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers. I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

Very close to the beach, and it felt like I had my own private room, the dorm is clean, calm and has most of the things you may need, the bed and the pillow were clean and comfortable, and I liked that I had my own fan to use if I needed, all the people in charge were so helpful and kind, especially Mr. Nanda for he gave me good suggestions about where to book my ferry and bus tickets, and I liked that he and the guy in the reception asked me from time to time if I am okay and if everything is fine, because as a solo traveller you rarely hear that.
