That’s why we stayed here twice: once on the way to Botswana and again on our return journey. The lodge offers various levels of comfort, including private cottages and well-equipped tents. We tried both options, and each was comfortable and enjoyable. In every case, there’s a special feeling of being close to nature. In the evenings, after dinner, the staff lights a campfire where guests can relax in the unique atmosphere. The lodge also offers boat tours on the Kavango River, perfect for watching the sunset and encountering hippos. This was truly one of the most unforgettable evenings of our entire trip. The food deserves special mention. The restaurant terrace is beautifully designed, and the dinner we had there was probably the best of our entire journey.

Namushasha River Campsite offers camping facilities near the Bwabwata National Park.

Campers have access to the main lodge’s restaurant, bar, swimming pool and activities.

The campsites have private ablution facilities and a barbecue. Camping # 2 was epic. Hippos , crocs , antelopes and bird life on your doorstep. Monkey thieves as well!!

We took a boat cruise on the Chobe River and we’re lucky to see plenty of animals ( elephants buffaloes hippos giraffe amongst other.

The lodge also has an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and laundry facilities. This was one of our favourite stays of our holiday. Amazing place. Although described as a tent you didn't think you were in a tent - it was a lovely room with great views of the river and a very comfy bed. Did a fantastic sundown cruise and saw lots of hippos - very knowledgeable guide. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. A perfect stay.

Miláns is an oasis in Katima Molilo ! From the moment you enter the gates, you can tell this is a special property where lots of care and attention has been given. The gardens are stunning and the rooms as super comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings. Stefan provided a delicious dinner at short notice and the food was delicious and well presented. We could not find fault with anything and would highly recommend !
