He even has a moka pot, which I haven't seen for months. You can either chill at the beach, surf, rent motos (Sam will arrange it for you) and explore the area. This is a great value for what you get!

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane nel dormitorio , molto spazioso , pulito ed economico . Lo staff è stato davvero delizioso , le ragazze molto simpatiche e disponibili. La location è ottima ma ti serve comunque una moto per surfare nei vari spot. Le moto si affittano ad un ottimo prezzo vicino la ristorante sulla strada principale. Ottimo il bar nella struttura, chiude alle 9 pm, quindi di notte si dorme benissimo

We really enjoyed our time at Rancho Esperanza, and wished we had allotted more time for this neck of Nicaragua! Gwen, Tom and Anna were wonderful hosts, with clear communication, absolutely delicious food and a wonderful location right on the beach. The pole cabin was very clean, had a great little porch for us to chill out on and the room fan was very powerful:). We liked how there were surf boards and boogie boards for rent (10 and 5 per day, respectively), how cold drinks were a quick one-minute walk down the road and how the menu was quite extensive for such an out-of-the-way location. We had the beach all to ourselves every time we went out!
