What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the host. Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they also went out of their way to return a personal item we had accidentally left behind—delivering it to us even though we were far away. This was my first time visiting Oman, and thanks to the host, I was able to see just how warm, kind, and generous Omani people can be. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The summit house is just magical , the location is really nice , very calm , we enjoyed the sunset on the bench with the view of beautiful mountains, just in front of the property. The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !

Homaid, the owner is a guide also and we got great tips for tours. Also great was, that we met him again and agrain in to most unlikely locations in the next days, where we were hiking and he was guiding with other people.

Great atmosphere, beautifully melted in the surrounding area. I do not get some of the bad reviews. Of course it gets cold at night, you're at 2500+ m that has nothing to do with the hotel, do some research before you come here in your shorts from muscat. Chattering teeth at the restaurant? Nonsense. Cold food? No way The staff was excellent! ( Treat another how you want to be treated yourself might have been the case in some reviews? ) The small heater had done it's work in our room after we came back from dinner. It was warm enough. We think they redecorated the place recently as it was picture perfect, the photos on booking don't do it justice. (we had the chalet btw, can't comment on the tents) 7km from the starting point of the balcony walk (They opened up some apartments at the balcony walk as well, so cannot comment on that) It's an eco- friendly resort with luxury details . We absolutely loved it❤️

The hotel is new and all clean with modern finishings. With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.
