The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !

It's a newly built villa with spacious rooms. it's perfect for anyone going in a group of 5 people. The front yard is big and the gate leads to a beautiful spot to witness the sunset along the canyons. Mr. badr was helpful in responding to our requests. Had a good stay at this property.

Hamid is very nice guy, who invited us with great dinner. We really recommend to order also dinner and breakfast, which is bot home made. Evening with beuatiful sky full of stars and amazingly quite morning will stay in our memories:) Robert and family

If you have plan to do bonfire, make sure to bring your own wood.

Escape to SAMA Heights Resort, a haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the majestic South Mountain Summit (W4). Great location with the nicest staff. We stayed 3 days and they allowed us to try 3 different rooms with free updates. While we discovered the area, they would help us transfer our luggage discreetly. From the grand chalet, we loved finding donkeys and goats right outside from the patio. Watched the sunrise. The sultan tent was beautifully decorated and huge. The standard room was super cozy and we would have been comfortable with staying there for 3 days. Loved Sama Heights!

Ibri is where the gravel plain which starts at the Saudi Border gives way to the first rocky escarpment as you drive East. The hotel is above a quiet clean, new shopping mall with Lulus, barber and food court. It couldn't be more convenient. All the rooms are on the first floor. We had the only 2 bedroom suite which surprised us with a washer dryer and big fridge freezer. Beds were super comfortable with great bedding. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. Breakfast was fresh food with cheerful, helpful staff. Good wifi. If you are driving from Saudi to Muscat this is a really good stopover. Wish we had built in time to see the fort, which looked fabulous clinging to a jebel, as we drove past.
