The staff were super friendly and great to chat with. Michael was provided very helpful advice regarding transport and directions, as well as insights into the culture of Rwanda. Since rain was a possibility, they offered the room and tent for us to use as we prefer during our stay. Also very good local food!

The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.
