We were warmly welcomed by the owner, despite the fact that I made a mistake in booking - he was very helpful and flexible and arranged for us 1 day earlier check-in. Staff was friendly, smiling, and providing high quality of service. When I was stung by sea urchin immediate action was taken to help me, and the next day, I was cured. Breakfast was very tasty, with fresh fruits provided to each guest and restaurant offered amazing local food. The room was clean and well equipped, e.g., coffee machine, fridge, safe, etc. Highly recommended!

We came here for our honeymoon, staying from 15 December to 19 December, and what we experienced was far more than just a vacation — it was a moment of pure joy, love, and unforgettable memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly touched our hearts were the people. Especially Aida and Sity, who turned our honeymoon into something magical. When they learned that we were celebrating our honeymoon, they treated us not just like guests, but like family. One day, while we were away from the hotel for a few hours, they prepared the most incredible surprise. When we returned to our room, we were speechless. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers, and the bed had our names written on it with the message “Enjoy Your Honeymoon.” It was breathtaking, emotional, and made us feel so loved and special. My wife was truly overwhelmed with happiness. That same evening, they surprised us once again with a romantic dinner setup just for us. And as if that wasn’t enough, at the end of the dinner the staff came out singing and dancing in Swahili — “Jumbo, Jumbo, Bwana” Habari gani? Nzuri sana Wageni, mwakaribishwa, Kenya yetu, hakuna matata. Bringing us a cake and wishing us a happy honeymoon. In that moment, surrounded by smiles, music, and warmth, we felt pure happiness. It was a moment that brought tears of joy to our eyes. This was not just a honeymoon — it was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to Aida and Sity. Their kindness, care, and genuine love for what they do are truly rare. They went far beyond their job to make us happy, and they absolutely deserve recognition from their managers for the incredible people they are. thank you for making our honeymoon so special❤️

We really appreciated the peaceful adults only atmosphere and the serenity of Kai. We had 2 separate visits to the spa for massages and were very happy with the treatments. In addition to breakfasts, also had some lunches and dinners at the Kai restaurant. The chef does an excellent job with many items made in house. The cookies and cakes were delicious. All the staff did their best to look after us and make things go smoothly during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything required. Cleaning team were great !

The staff and owner were very nice! They were so helpful and thoughtful. Really nice people. They helped me with decorating the room and dinner for my wife's birthday. It really was an unforgettable day. Also in general, everything was perfect. The food was nice, the room is good and always cleaned nicely. Also the location is very beautiful!
