The staff was very attentive and we felt very taken care of. Especially our private butler Ibrahim - he was so sweet! The tents are beautiful and it was a dream come true watching a family of elephants walk by our tents from the patio.

Our stay in Osero was amazing. First of all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Tents were huge and equipped with everything you need and more, hot water was available and the beds were one of the most comfortable on the entire trip! Camp’s chef did a great job, with big variety of tasty meals, which included a lot of local dishes, that we liked the most (such as vegetable bananas dishes, fish from lake Victoria, baobab juice, etc). Finally, the camp has probably the best possible placement for safari in Serengeti NP, situated in the center of the park makes all of the zones of vast NP equally accessible. Moreover there were a lot of animals within 5-10 to the camp: pride of lions, leopard, giraffes, elephants and various antelopes. Would come back and recommend!

The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

The service was perfect , the employees were very hard working and made us feel at home as soon as we showed up , this hotel is flawless. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The manager and Staff were friendly and helpful. We got an upgraded room. Although the road to the lodge was rough and not easy to find, it was worth driving to. Vegetarian meals were good, and the sunrise view from the dining room was so beautiful. Highly recommended.
