Old building with charm, the corridors are a bit old, and some parts had a slightly musty smell which explain the cost-effectiveness of the accommodation compared to other options in the area. Once in the apartment it was very clean and fresh. I found it very comfortable. The cost is very low comparatively with hotels in town that are five time more money. I enjoyed the free light breakfast as I grabbed my croissant and coffee at the French bakery next-door on my way to my first meeting. Will return each time I have a business trip in Palm Beach.
