Every room at this hotel features a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom with free toiletries. Warm welcome from reception. Room was spotless - thanks Jasmine! - and I got lost (standard) and both housekeeping staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. As a solo female traveller, having to use my room key to open all doors and use lift was reassuring. The patio was lush, the pool looked so good. My room was really comfy and warm, shower was hot and powerful. Bed was really cozy. The offer of early evening snacks was brilliant, and the lady behind the bar, and Andre were both really pleasant and helpful.
