Both the receptionist and doorman were very helpful and supportive. The room was clean and confortable. The room I booked included breakfast, which was also good. However, the hotel was located a bit far from the city center of Ha Tinh and other tourist attractions.

So, one becomes dependent of Google Translate :-) People in this town tend to very friendly without any ultimate purpose to gain in some way. They will help you to find your way in town whenever they can.

Spacious room with a hint of freshly cleaned scent. Besides Vietnamese, hotel has staff who can communicate in English or Chinese. I would like to visit it again next time I am in the Vinh City proximity.
