Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.
