A beautiful new hotel with all the hoped-for amenities, including restaurant, bar, room service, gym, pool, etc. We booked an amazing suite at a great price and were comfortable for a long week of work. The staff constantly went above and beyond to meet our needs, ensure we were happy with the service, and help with any daily requests. Housekeeping staff even told management when we didn't finish most of a steak from room service (it was undercooked) and the hotel manager followed up with us. We didn't want to make an issue of it but they took it very seriously - all of the staff apologized for it! We were fine with it but overwhelmed by their attention to detail and desire to make everything right. Top notch service unlike anything else. What an excellent team. The suite was fantastic too - great view, comfortable, nice amentities. Would definitely stay here every time I am in town.
