The family hosting us was kind, accommodating, and helpful in arranging a motorbike rental, helping us plan our days adventure, and being there for whatever you needed. The place itself is cozy, beautiful and has a private balcony that you can use to enjoy the view and observe the locals life.

The rooms are designed very beautifully and authentically with stunning views of the rice fields. Breakfast was delicious with a decent variety. This is a quiet rural area that is not yet flooded with tourists like many other places in Vietnam.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, always attentive to make you feel wonderful. The location is absolutely magnificent, above rice fields, surrounded by jungle, with the mountains in the background, and far enough away from the town to make you feel isolated and surrounded by nature. The rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are top-quality. There's a huge yoga room, a pool with super-nice loungers, they help you organize all the activities in the area, and they arrange a driver for all transfers to and from the hotel, as well as for excursions. They offer massages, and the cuisine is spectacular. Without a doubt, this is a gem to recommend to lovers of tranquility and nature, without sacrificing an ounce of comfort. The hotel accommodates a maximum of 15 guests, ensuring a private and relaxed atmosphere. We were lucky enough to meet Lua, the owner, a very pleasant and attentive woman. We highly recommend the hotel.

Pu Luong Eco Garden presenta una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una terrazza e un ristorante a Pu Luong. Pu Luong Eco garden is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a real retreat feel. The gardens are lush with plants and the mountain views are breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was delicious, healthy and reasonably priced. The tea was the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They put so much effort into every little detail, ensuring we had the best time possible. My husband was sick with a virus during our stay and the kindness and hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They really went out of their way to make sure he had everything he needed. They brought him medicine and food to the room every single day and we always had everything we needed. It was unfortunate my husband was unwell but he couldn't have been in a better spot to get looked after. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was always very clean and well presented. For myself, it was a very peaceful place to relax and rejuvenate in. The hot stone massage I had at the spa was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this place due to the stunning hotel, exceptional staff and of course the excellent location! Pu Luong is truly a magical place. It's very easy to rent a motorbike, just ask at reception and they'll get one delivered to the hotel. They also offer tours at a good price. I went on an excellent walking tour with Dinh from the local village. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He had lots of interesting knowledge about life in the villages and I really enjoyed our 3 hour trek. 10 out of 10 for our experience at Pu Luong Eco Garden! Thanks so much 🙏

The hotel is located at a beautiful remote area, where you can experience the real local lifestyle. The landscape is really breathtaking. We were happy with the fact that the area was not a touristy area. We have taken a tour organised by hotel to a local village with a local tour guide which was an amazing experience. We found the tour in a brochure next to reception and I think the hotel should really promote this tour as it is unique experience. Anyone wants to try it, should request the tour guide named Dính. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The hotel has a "jungle-nature" style with a loft of plants, trees and flowers which we really loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the non-touristy experience and wants to relax in a beautiful nature reserve.
