The bed was very comfortable, room was nice, clean and well kept. The air-conditioning unit was relatively new and worked well. Hot water was plentiful. Cleaners were friendly and we always had fresh towels and water etc. The location is pretty good, close to the walking streets and the citadel and also its quiet, which is a rarity in Vietnam! The breakfast is good (although I didn't always make it down zzzz), they have a menu of different options, which will definitely get you ready for the day. Omelettes, fried rice and things like that. They have a lounge, I ordered food from the Grab app a few times and ate there, pretty handy! Last but not least, the staff....so so nice and friendly. They were so welcoming and accommodating.
