The location was very nice. We only stayed 1 night and if we go to Banff again we would like to stay a couple of nights so we have more of a chance to hike and check out the City.

The hot tub that leads outside was amazing particularly at night in the dark with lights. The kids pool was also excellent ....and well used! The foyer has a lot of games that were used by a lot of families and it is a great spot to sit in front of a lovely fire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The activities for New Year's Eve were also great fun. It was also lovely being able to have a dog at the hotel and there were a lot of dogs but they were all well behaved and beautiful.

Hello everyone. A lot of staff were incredible. Facilities exceeded my expectations. Separate entrance gives us the opportunity to be free and not disturb anyone. The landlady was incredibly hospitable, always asking if we needed anything. The apartments were so clean. We were filled like we arrived at our grandparents house. Thank you.

Cool design, super friendly staff, quality feeling. Even though it’s still not finished, they compensated us with free coffee in the morning and drinks and appetizers in the evening, which were delicious.
