This is a perfect spot & villa for a glorious trip to Latchi which is ideal for all ages. The host was so helpful & we booked a transfer with them - the villa is so comfortable a home from home with beautiful gardens & relaxing spaces & the best pool. So well equipped & a really great, peaceful location near the fantastic Perigiali Bar apart from the hum of nature! We will be back.

The apartment boasted a stunning sea view that truly made my mornings memorable. Opposite Latsi port. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Additionally, the restaurant was not only clean and neat but also served delicious meals with exceptional service. Very beautiful cosy small house. One room that fits all!! It has everything you might need. It is indeed very small but for us it was not a problem. I was there with a friend and we shared the bed. It's ideal for couples or for 2 friends who don't mind sharing small spaces. It is fully equipped and modern. The location is great. It is 15 minutes away from Latsi. Away from any city noise. It's a quiet area and you can relax. There is a big garden where you can sit and enjoy your meal or BBQ I will definitely choose this again when I am visiting Latsi next time. I enjoyed my time there, totally recommend it.

Fantastic views, great location away from the noise of restaurants and main road. 5 mins from the beach and a great swimming pool to cool during the hot day. Need a car if you stay here.. Overall we had a fantastic stay!!!🙂🙂

Simply beautiful, the view is amazing. The accommodation is excellent and comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous and well used. Loved the little extras on arrival, calming music, snacks, cold water and BEERS too! Even the hot tub had been warmed ready for use 😁.

We liked everything. The location is for those who like privacy and tranquility. Still close to Polis’ beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, cosy villa with a lot of space for two families (we had 6 children and 4 adults), well equipped. The kiddos enjoyed the pool of course. Thank you Maria for this possibility to stay in a nice place together with friends! And for the cakes:)
