Easy to find with ample free parking, a great base to explore the national park. The staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed, and we had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything. I loved outdoor pool, sauna, breakfast , room , beds, staff. If I will visit this place one more time, I will come again to this hotel and recomend to all. My dog was happy too. Staff was very nice and friendly, I never experienced such warm attitude toward dogs in hotel. It was hard to leave. The most beautiful thing was the garden with big trees surrounded by mountains. It was gorgeous with sun as well as rain and storm. We extend our trip just because we loved the hotel and garden.

I liked size of the Room and facilities View from the balcony is just stunning. Was pleasure to wake up in morning and enjoy cup of coffee. Perfectly located. Be aware of a super friendly dog Chiko will greats you.❤️ I was with my French bulldog. I would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect location. located Between Konigsee & Berchtesgaden. Also, there is scenic walk alongside the river, which is just 5 to 7 mins away from place. The lady has a cute little dog and the dog was friendly. Found the lady very very helpful, always there to provide recommendations about the place and would at times go out of her way to ensure we have the right information.

The room was so much more beautiful than the photos. They really made sure to decorate the rooms with the Bavarian style. Room was also very big. Breakfast was good, they also have options for more of an American style breakfast. They allow dogs, which was great. They even invite you to have your dog at dinner with you if you'd like. The location is perfect for both Königsee and eagles nest. We couldn't have been happier here :)

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the area around the Pension (Biergarten and lawn) is great. Having the restaurant there was very practical and the food was delicious. They were also pet friendly, which is a plus.

Large room, everything was clean, amazing location with a beautiful view from the balcony. Compared to other hotels and airbnbs, this one is quite cheap.In general the area is expensive though. In the house, there are several guests staying, even families. But I did not see or hear a lot from them, people were very quiet and we still felt like we had privacy. You also have the option to use a fridge there, which was really nice. Even though I'm allergic to dogs, I did not have any problems with allergies there.

1. Location - walking distance from the lake, we started all hikes directly from the hotel 2. Staff - super friendly and welcoming 3. Room - lovely view, we had a balcony and the room was beautifully decorated 4. Breakfast - hearty meal with fruits 5. Kleo - the gorgeous dog!

Great location, clean, staff speak English well. There are in- and outdoor parking. Very comfortable bad and well-designed and thought-out room. Special thank for the possibility of accommodation with a dog. For an additional fee (10 euros) and on the condition that you bring a bed for your dog. Unfortunately we arrived late and did not have time to visit spa, but we had time to drink coktails at the bar on the first floor.
